4.2 How Wagering Is Calculated

The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Bets placed on all approved games count toward wagering, though certain games may contribute at a lower rate.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus comes with a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus funds may be cancelled.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If mm444 detects any attempt to claim bonus benefits improperly (e.g., multiple accounts, fake identities, strategic betting patterns), mm444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

4.5 VIP Program

mm444 operates four VIP tiers. Members advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP cashback is calculated on net losses for each week and is credited directly to the account balance.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

• Accessing another person's account without permission or playing on their behalf.

• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other members or staff.
